For 2022, every RAM 3500 now comes with the latest entertainment software, Uconnect5. They’ve also added new packages that include chrome exterior pieces and black interior accents. There’s a new tow mode option that includes a rearview camera that shows behind the trailer. Speaking of cameras, they have also added an optional 360-degree camera exclusively for trailers.
Under the hood, there are 3 engines available for the 2022 Ram 3500. Standard in all vehicles is the 6.4-liter V-8 with 429 pound-feet of torque. There are also two versions of the 6.7-liter Cummins diesel engine available. One features 370 horsepower, while the other has a whopping 400-hp output, with 850 pound-feet of torque!
